A gentle way through

Four movements, not a formula

There is no formula for this work. We move with what is present, allowing each encounter to meet you where you are. Some things shift in the moment, while others unfold gently with time.

Llegar
Arrive

Every session begins with space to arrive. There’s nothing you need to prepare or have figured out, just an honest account of where you are right now. You don’t need the words for it yet.

Sentir
Sense

This is the heart of the work: sensing into what's real without needing to fix, soften, or resolve it. Grief, fear, uncertainty, anger, longing — all of it is allowed to be exactly as heavy or as quiet as it is.

Ofrecer
Offer

Not every session calls for ceremony, but when it does, I may draw on the four directions, breath, meditation, sound, drum, oracle cards or the Chakana, offered with respect and intention.

Volver
Return

We make space for what has moved, bringing it gently back into the body and into everyday life. What emerges in our time together can continue to settle and unfold beyond the session,.

what ritual means

Borrowed with respect

I don't use ritual as decoration. Every practice I draw on comes from a tradition I've studied and, where possible, lived within — and I hold that lineage with care rather than treating it as aesthetic.

Ceremony here is a container, not a performance: a way of marking what matters so it doesn't pass by unacknowledged.

Is this for you

This space may be for you if you are...

You are seeking gentle companionship, presence and support rather than solutions or advice

You want a space to reconnect with yourself and find meaning in what you are moving through

You are approaching the end of life, supporting someone you love, or preparing for a significant transition

You are grieving a death, relationship, identity, or chapter of your life

You are moving through a period of uncertainty, change, or becoming

You feel the need to slow down, reflect, and make space for what is unfolding

You feel called to mark a transition through ritual, ceremony, creativity or embodied practice

You don't need to know exactly what you need. We can begin with what is here.

The process

Inside a session

Sessions are slower than you might expect. There's rarely a rigid script — a typical session might move through breathwork, a guided meditation, reflective questions, and a closing practice like drawing an oracle card or working with the Chakana, but always shaped around what's actually present for you that day.

People often describe leaving feeling more grounded, more connected to themselves, and lighter than when they arrived — even when what we worked with was heavy.

In their words

A few words from those I’ve accompanied

"The experience felt like a release. The most meaningful part for me was integrating the different elements, the moments of reflection, and moving through different positions while connecting with the directions and elements. It felt like an invitation to return home, to return to myself, and to surrender and let go. I left feeling more connected and grounded within myself."

Giulia

"The experience was very inspiring and gave me the opportunity to find answers within my own heart. I loved the process of connecting with myself through the breath and creating space for deeper reflection. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a beautiful way to reconnect with themselves."

Martha

"It was a beautiful and insightful experience, and I really valued the opportunity for peaceful connection and reflection. One of the moments that stayed with me most was the singing with the drum and the beautiful sounds throughout the session. It gave me goosebumps. There was something very special about the atmosphere and the way everything came together."

Sarah

"It was such a welcoming and inspiring experience. I especially loved working with the Chakana, the reflective questions and the guided meditation. It created a beautiful space to pause, connect with myself and reflect more deeply on my intentions. I left with a reminder to stop, think and consciously set my intentions."

Carol

"I really valued the opportunity to connect with the four directions and to move through the practice with intention. It is a unique experience and a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect on where you are in life, and reconnect with yourself."

Daniela

"It was a deep and beautiful experience, and I felt held within a beautiful and supportive space. The Chakana and the meditation with the directions were especially meaningful for me. I would recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for a moment of regeneration, reconnection and the opportunity to experience the space of the heart with love."

Ana

"I particularly loved the breathwork, the guided meditation and the questions that invited me to look deeper. Working with the Chakana was a special part of the experience, and I loved recognising all the different parts of myself that I connected with throughout the practice. It was a beautiful opportunity to reflect on life, change and the transitions we find ourselves navigating."

Before you begin

Questions before you begin.

A few answers to what people often ask before reaching out.

What happens in a session?

Each session is different. We begin by arriving together and noticing what is present. From there, we might use conversation, reflection, breath, sound, ritual, creativity or embodied practices. Everything is an invitation, and nothing is required.

How do I know which offering is right for me?
Do you work online or only in person?
What if I’m not facing death, just a big life change?
What happens in a session?
Do I have to be spiritual or religious?
Can this work alongside my therapist, doctor or palliative care team?

Still wondering?

You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.

When you're ready

We can begin here

You don't need to know exactly what you need, or have the words to explain it. We can simply begin with a conversation about what is here for you, and see together what might feel right.
